Madison apartments Christchurch 2002

This project near the centre of Christchurch consists of a block of 40 apartments.  The site is north facing and all units have access to either a deck or a ground floor patio.  The complex is on 4 levels and has garaging in the basement, a gym and a lap pool.

The street elevation has been scaled down and semi-dislocated in order to mitigate the imposing size of the building.
